Cancellation Policy

-To cancel or reschedule please contact us prior to 24 hours prior to service, cancelation following that window will result in a 10$ cancelation fee -All price per pound services must paid prior to delivery- a 10$ holding fee will be applied for every 24 hours not paid after invoice has been updated. -Holy Sheets is not responsible for goods damaged prior to being laundered, nor are we responsible for items left in pockets- a effort will be made to remove items from pockets prior to laundering and placed into a baggie to be returned with laundered clothing at delivery. -Subscription's have a 3 month minimum and is billed monthly. Laundry bags will be provided at the return of your first laundry service and can be used going forward. -Prior to pickup please send a picture message to the provided phone number or email including your name and address to verify what i am picking up and where to return the delivery to. Please make sure this is a secure location if you are concerned about theft or weather. A picture will be sent to your phone number upon delivery confirming drop off. This service can remain contactless unless customer request otherwise
